Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MyServeFlow website, subscriptions, and related ministry-content services (collectively, the "Services"). MyServeFlow is offered by Kirby Legacy Group, LLC ("MyServeFlow," "we," or "us"). By subscribing to or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you are authorized to represent.
1. What MyServeFlow Provides
MyServeFlow assists churches and ministries with sermon-connected resources such as devotionals, Bible study and Sunday School materials, social-media drafts, short-video scripts, email and SMS drafts, sermon recaps, and ministry hubs, as available under the selected plan. SHAPHÄN is a technology-assisted content tool and does not replace pastoral judgment. Features labeled “Coming Soon” are not included as currently available capabilities.
2. Ministry Control and Approval
Your ministry retains responsibility for reviewing, editing, confirming Scriptural references and translation permissions, and expressly approving materials before distribution or publication. MyServeFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, doctrinal alignment, or suitability of generated drafts. Your ministry controls its teachings, members, communications, and decisions. No content should be represented as approved by your ministry without its authorization.
3. Accounts and Submitted Materials
You agree to provide accurate account and ministry information, maintain the security of your credentials, and submit only materials you are authorized to provide. You remain responsible for obtaining permissions for sermons, recordings, images, music, member contact lists, third-party content, and other materials you supply. You grant MyServeFlow a limited right to access, process, transform, and store submitted materials as reasonably necessary to provide and support the Services. You retain ownership of your original submitted content.
4. Deliverables and Use Rights
Subject to payment and these Terms, your ministry may use and adapt delivered content for its own ministry communications and activities. MyServeFlow retains rights in its underlying software, methods, templates, trademarks, and platform. AI-assisted outputs may not be unique, and similar outputs may be provided to others. Third-party Scripture translations, licensed works, and media remain subject to their owners’ rights and any applicable permissions.
5. Plans, Fees and Renewal
Plans, included features, setup fees, promotional offers, and payment terms are described at checkout and on the applicable offer page. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly, and annual subscriptions renew annually unless canceled in accordance with the applicable checkout terms. Taxes and separately disclosed third-party or usage-based charges may apply. Subscription fees and billing intervals must be reviewed and accepted at checkout.
The advertised Founding 10 offers are distinct from standard subscriptions: the Founding Monthly offer advertises $997 for setup and the first 90 days, followed by $149 per month; the Founding Annual offer advertises $1,997 for setup and the first 12 months. Any renewal or later-term charge not clearly specified at checkout should be confirmed in writing with MyServeFlow before purchasing.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
To request cancellation, email [email protected] using the billing account email and identify the subscribing ministry. We will provide the applicable cancellation process and effective date, subject to the terms presented at checkout and applicable law. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly offered in writing, charges already incurred are not automatically refundable. For the Founding 10 program, the publicly advertised satisfaction offer is a full refund if the customer is not satisfied after the first two paid weeks; please contact support to request that refund. Any specific timing, eligibility, or processing details should be confirmed before purchase.
7. Fair Use and Additional Services
Plan pricing is based principally on ministry features and service levels, not on per-member charges. Metered third-party services, including SMS/MMS transmission, calling, telephone numbers, high-volume email, domains, carrier fees, and premium automations, may require separate setup and charges if activated. No unapproved paid add-on should be assumed to be included in a base plan.
8. Communications and Consent
When using drafts, contact lists, or future messaging integrations, your ministry is responsible for lawful collection of member contact information, required consent, opt-out processing, content compliance, and applicable email, telephone, and messaging laws. MyServeFlow's provision of content does not establish permission to send it to any recipient.
9. External Services and Donations
MyServeFlow may link to third-party payment processors, hosting providers, content tools, social platforms, and church-designated giving services. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. MyServeFlow states that church donations occur through each church’s selected giving provider; MyServeFlow does not hold or process those donations.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, send unwanted communications, or misrepresent AI-assisted content as independently verified. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
11. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Service features and integrations may change. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated where required by law or the applicable agreement.
12. Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and draft materials are provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular ministry purpose. We do not provide legal, tax, or professional theological accreditation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any further limitation of liability must be stated in a separately accepted agreement and may be subject to applicable law.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. A ministry that uploads congregant personal information may have separate responsibilities as the organization collecting that information.
14. Contact
For support, billing questions, cancellation requests, or legal inquiries, contact [email protected].
